Every Street United Episode 3 Review

"Family and Small Matches"

Episode

Last weeks episode just wasn't quite as interesting and at the start of this weeks I was feeling even worse about how it was going to turn out. This one was focused more towards the family element for some of the players and I was disinterested in that aspect. Even more interesting is that some of the family members just didn't care at all, great thing Xbox was there to get them to show up. Though fret not as the latter half of the episode is actually great showing us some of the players playing in their home areas and a glimpse at what the finale match will be like. We were finally shown an aggressive side of the sport as they play a lot more tactical in this smaller arenas whether that be indoors in the States or outside in the Netherlands. I was just happy to finally see some play of this street soccer that they have been scouting towards. Next week should be interested as well since I'm only assuming that they will spend that with the other players in their courses. That's the best thing about pooling from various areas is seeing the style of conditioning they train in and how vastly it varies against the others. One more interesting thing shown in this episode was some veteran street players play against younger ones so you can see the sort of skill that street football has with comparison of age.

The Conclusion

The last episode was fairly weak, but this one was definitely better and far more interesting. It was great to finally see some of the players in action within their respective street football arenas. I look forward to seeing the rest of the players as we should be seeing some great variety in the next episode. Could care less about the warm hearted family aspects and more on what these players do to play the game. Also check out my favorite current player below!
